Kanaka Falls – Safety Firts ..

I was thinking that after the purchase of rubber boots that will be enough for my outdoor gear … not .. now I'm looking for inexpensive underwater camera enclosure but I should carry climbing gear or at least good rope . When I was looking down the water fall I was thinking ...if I slip - I'm so f…. but I got couple of shots that I wanted .
I'm looking forward to some day-trips as the days are getting longer.
There is couple of holes , they are created by smaller rocks being cough in the softer part of bedrock where they are being span by water of the falls .

Winter in Vancouver

Harsh Vancouver Winter , we just finished Vancouver Winter Olympic Games and about to start 2010 Vancouver Paralympic Games , so why not do some sailing in between ….
I really hope that after the Olympics people will understand that we don't live in igloos , that we do have bank machines and ( although possible ) walking to Toronto from Vancouver is not a great idea.
This is from Crescent Beach 15 minutes south from my home. One of my favorite places but very seldom visited in the middle of the day. I love the “Big Sky” that can be taken there.
